I am in the process of planning a sixth Pravana release, a new soundtrack for yoga practice. Over that last few months I have struggled a bit with my back locking up and reminding me of all the old sport and surfing injuries I have experienced over the years. Yoga has been the only thing that has kept me on top of it all, and has now got me out the other side and feeling great.
Practicing at home can be difficult for many, and sometimes having the right music can help get you in the zone and stay focussed for longer.
I decided to analyse some of my other albums to understand what elements work best and why. I was intrigued and surprised by my findings and really looking forward to getting back into the studio.
